In Arizona we do not use lawyers for settlement, we have a neutral third party oversee the transaction and provide the title insurance.

You will need to provide them a copy of your sales contract, and the buyers lenders information.
As a seller in Arizona you must disclose any known defects with your home. Selling your home yourself does not change the law.
We will gladly provide lists of lenders, termite companies or home inspectors to help you through this process.
If you find your own buyer and just want us to handle the legalities of the contract, we can negotiate to do that as well.
